Setting: Washington, DC
Plot: Mike & Karen travel with Mike's Uncle &
Aunt (Jerry & Wendy) to Washington D.C. for a
week. They stay with Jerry's brother Bob & his main
man Don in their beautiful townhouse. This is Mike's umpteenth trip to D.C. and
Karen's first!!! "The Gang" visits all the
famous monuments of D.C. in a day and then some. Karen
learns a valuable lesson in footwear, "The Gang"
enjoys a nice lunch with a view of the White House roof, then
the gang takes a visit to the Botanical Garden to see the
Stinky Plant (which is supposed to open up at anytime...cue
excitement and anticipation). All in all a great day
with beautiful weather to enjoy the nations Capitol! |
